RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT:

All booking made via this website or emails are subject to credit card guarantee. Reservations are made subjected to availability and are still waiting confirmation. Bookings made with standard cancellation policy will be charged in full on arrival. Please note once arrived at the hotel any amendment or cancellation of the reservation will require 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise one-night room rental will be charged. We accept all major credit cards and sterling cheque payment only for accommodation with valid Cheque guarantee card.

**Reservation is not guaranteed if credit/debit card is not valid, or different cardholder is participating in the transaction without fulfilling the "payment- authorisation" requirement. "Payment-Authorisation Form" can be obtained by sending a request to reservations department via e-mail (info@thewhpgroup.com)

CANCELLATIONS:

A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to incur no charge. Any cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to arrival are subject to 1 night's charge on the credit card. In case of any booking made through our website with last minute advance booking rate will be non-refundable, non-amendable, cannot be cancelled and full amount will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE & ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE:

Booking made with advance purchase rate will be charged in-full at the time of booking and will be non-refundable, non-cancellable & non-modifiable.

NON-ARRIVALS:

All non-arrivals or late cancellations are subject to 1 night's charge on the credit card. This applies to the bookings made with standard rates only while reservations made with non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or amended and will be charged for full amount.)
